New Regulations on Foreign Workers
Through the new law, the Royal Decree on Managing the Work of Foreigners B.E. 2561 (Decree No. 2), the Thai government brings important changes to the rules and regulations affecting foreign workers and their employers. We have summarized here the most significant changes.
Reduction of Government Fees for Corporate Registration
