RATCHANEE BOONTOT

Ratchanee Boontot holds a bachelor of accounting, from University of The Thai Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok, Thailand. She is a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions. Ratchanee is the Head of HR and Internal Accounting and she is responsible for overseeing the general accounting, which includes inter-company accounting, cash management, financial reporting, balance sheet management (excluding inventory related items) and royalty management.

She implements and maintains a system of internal controls, ensuring that company assets are adequately safeguarded and all financial reporting are prepared in compliance with all policies, directives and Thai GAAP. Moreover, she verifies if all human resources operations are carried on smoothly and effectively.
