Senior Associate
Nuttita Chungsawat holds a LL.B. (Second Class Honors) from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Nuttita is a Senior Associate Lawyer.
She advises and represents both foreign and Thai clients in setting up businesses in Thailand, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as complying with the Thai regulatory requirements.
She is experienced in obtaining the foreign business license, investment promotion certificates and permits for all company and industry types. She is also handling the registration of companies under the Treaty of Amity and Economic Relations between Thailand and the United States.
